David joined Bankwatch in 2006. He coordinates new media and video advocacy for the network as well as Bankwatch's media team.

Prior to joining Bankwatch, David worked with the IFI Policy Program at the Bank Information Center, focusing on access to information and social and environmental standards at the multilateral lending institutions, and as a Research Fellow at the American Folklife Center, examining intellectual property and indigenous peoples' rights.

David holds a degree in anthropology and economics from the University of Vermont and studied environmental policy and social movements with the International Honors Program of Boston University.
