Gligor has more than 10 years of experience working and volunteering in the non-governmental sector in Croatia. Before joining Bankwatch, he spent 4 years working as a Legal Officer for a nature conservation NGO Association BIOM (BirdLife Croatia). He has a law degree from the University of Zagreb. He is based in Zagreb, Croatia, and speaks Croatian and English.
