Magda Stoczkiewicz is a former staff member of Bankwatch, which she helped to build from 1995 to 2008. She was subsequently a director of Friends of the Earth Europe in Brussels and interim director of WeMove.eu. She has a long career in the non-profit sector and close to two decades of managerial experience. She also has an advanced knowledge of campaigning on environmental, social and governance issues, profound understanding of the civil society sector, as well as understanding of human rights and development aspects. She is currently working for Greenpeace European Unit but serves in Bankwatch's Executive Committee in her personal capacity.
In October 2016 she was listed by Politico as one of the 20+ women shaping Brussels.
