Event agenda (pdf)
This conference will focus on the proposed partnership principle legislation within the future Cohesion Policy and the current state of affairs with partnership at the Member States level. Participants will include members of the ‘trialogue’ and those involved with negotiating Partnership Contracts and Agreements, as well as other stakeholders interested in Cohesion Policy.
Conference participants will have an opportunity to present and discuss views on the draft legislative provisions on partnership, including arguments for wide-scale partnership that includes the engagement of citizens and citizen groups in Cohesion Policy decision-making processes. SFteam will present their position on partnership in Cohesion Policy legislation for further discussion.
First experiences of CSOs with partnership applied to programming for 2014-2020 in the Member States will be shared (including SFteam’s and Bankwatch joint report on the subject) and opportunities for the inclusion of wider safeguards for partnership in the implementation of Cohesion Policy into the Contracts/Agreements will be discussed.
