BiH’s Ugljevik 3 TPP Under Examination Again

The permit for construction of the 600 MW Ugljevik 3 thermal power plant (TPP) in Republika Srpska is now also under examination by the Espoo Convention Implementation Committee due to Bosnia and Herzegovina’s (BiH) failure to notify neighbouring countries about the plant’s transboundary impacts, states a report from the environmental group CEE Bankwatch Network.
