CEE Bankwatch Network z.s. is looking for a hotel service for international environmental
conference located in Zagreb, Croatia.
Subject of the proposal
Below we provide our requirements:
- Accomodation for cca 30 pax 30.5. – 2.6.2023
- Single and twin rooms are required
- 2 Conference Rooms for cca 30 pax 31.5.- 1.6.2023
- Vegetarian and mixed full board for cca 30 pax 30.5. – 2.6.2023
Timeline
Proposals will be collected and evaluated by 10.3.2023
The hotel service will be selected to 17.03.2023 by the members of the tender
commission: Vladimír Rousek – finance director, Kateřina Göttlichová – office
manager,Petr Hlobil – strategic area leader
