Pavel joined Bankwatch in 2021 as a Finance coordinator. He completed his studies at the Faculty of Humanities at Charles University in Prague focusing on ethnomusicology. Prior to starting at Bankwatch, he worked at MeetFactory, a Prague-based center for contemporary art. During his time there he was the financial coordinator of SHAPE, a project supporting European experimental musicians. In addition, Pavel is the founder of the annual Konektiv Night which commissions collaborations between foreign musicians living in the Czech Republic and Czech musicians.
