Learning from the past, looking to the future: EU funds in the Visegrad 4 and lessons for the Neighborhood

This project strives to increase the knowledge of civil society groups in the Eastern Partnership region about the EU, its Neighbourhood Policy and the financial mechanisms which are changing the region’s infrastructure, landscape and way of life.

By passing on the experience from the Visegrad 4 countries on EU funds programming, we will inspire civil society in the neighbourhood countries to become active. We will mobilise stern public participation in shaping the post-2013 European Neighbourhood Instrument to ensure transparent EU funding and sustainable progress in the Eastern Partnership region.
