Just around the corner from the touristic centre Mestia, the valley of Lengeri makes an isolated impression. Its architecture is well preserved and the locals maintain their traditions, plowing with oxen or making local cheese, fruit compotes or Svanski salt.

Although Lengeri lacks attractions like museums, cafes or restaurants, there are a few guesthouses offering an all-inclusive accommodation. An excellent chance to enjoy Svan food and hospitality.
