Maris Pedaja

Maris’s emphasis lies on the intersection between social and environmental justice, with a special interest in how the growth mindset generates social reproduction and hampers the pursuit of achieving a truly ‘sustainable’ development. She stands for human rights, democracy, just transitions, and intersectionality. She holds a BA degree in Political Studies and Communication and Media Studies from Rostock University and an MSc degree in Environmental Studies and Sustainability Science from Lund University.
