Carmen-Irina Bulac

I am a NOHA Erasmus Mundus alumna in MSc International Humanitarian Action with double degree from University College Dublin and University of Malta. I have experience in advocacy strategies, monitoring and evaluation and grants development in national and international projects. With a background in gender justice, community empowerment and humanitarian action across Europe and SWANA, I am passionate about building partnerships that link grassroots action with systemic change.
