Dimitar Dimitrovski

Dimitar joined Bankwatch in 2026 and is based in Skopje, North Macedonia. He is a communications and advocacy professional with more than a decade of experience working at the intersection of public policy, sustainable development and social impact.

Prior to joining Bankwatch, he led communications and visibility efforts at UN Women North Macedonia, supporting advocacy campaigns, media relations and stakeholder engagement on gender equality and women’s empowerment. Before that, he worked at the OSCE Mission to Skopje on media development, journalist safety and media freedom initiatives.

Dimitar has contributed to international projects across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region, including work on sustainability, circular economy, biodiversity, ESG and community engagement. He holds a BA in Foreign Languages (English and Italian) and Business from FON University and an MSc in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
