CLIMATE Action Network (CAN), vodeći europski savez više od 150 nevladinih udruga koje se bave borbom protiv klimatskih promjena, promovirao je nedavno u Bruxellesu u suradnji s još nekoliko organizacija zanimljiv izvještaj o utjecaju termoelektrana na ugljen na Zapadnom Balkanu.
