Accommodation
70 people in single/twin rooms
28.9.-3.10.2025
Meeting rooms
6 meeting rooms in different sizes during 5 meeting days
Catering (vegetarian and balanced meat diet)
morning coffee break, buffet lunch, afternoon coffee break, buffet diner
Timeline
- Proposals will be collected and evaluated by 12.6.2025
- The hotel service will be selected to 19.6.2025 by the members of the tender committee.
