On the Mid-Term Review Proposal for Amendments in the ERDF, CF and JTF regulations

Advocacy letter    |    9 May 2025

Download

This letter includes comments on the changes in the European Regional Development Fund, Cohesion Fund and Just Transition Fund regulations related to the mid-term review specifically with regards to the proposed amendments to the Just Transition Fund Regulation.

The letter asks for amendments to be proposed at the plenary in June to weaken some of the issues that will be caused by the introduction of these changes, preferably preceded by a speedy assessment of the probable impacts of the modifications. If the Proposal is passed, it requests that the Commission take adequate measures to mitigate the potential risks and issues the amendments may cause.
