Submission on the European financial architecture for development
Official document | 23 July 2019
In the Submission to the High Level Group of Wise Persons on the European financial architecture for development, civil society organisations CEE Bankwatch Network, Concord, Counter Balance and Eurodad welcome the European Council’s initiative to review the EU’s financial architecture’s fitness for development and its delivery on development results, but they have concerns about the set-up of this High Level Group, and call for reform of the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
