Originally from the most famous village in Svaneti, Ushguli, Anna’s attachment to Svaneti is big: “Svaneti is everything for me, my homeland and it is associated with a huge warmness and hospitality.” Her desire to communicate leads her to want to become a journalist. Ana wants to share her region not only as the world of the towers, but also as a region full of hospitality and warmth.

She is aware of the problems of Svaneti and would like to have more extracurricular activities for children.

Anna is a student from Khaishi.

Svaneti is threatened by massive hydropower developments

We are trying to prevent that and preserve the regions unique way of life.
