Youth group ‘Let’s strengthen rural youth’
‘It is important to recycle in Svaneti because a lot of garbage has been thrown in Svaneti for last period of time.’
Eka motivated the creation of this youth group because she wants to protect the environment in Svaneti and create work opportunities for young people. “We have various trainings and seminars teaching young people how to write projects, how to solve environmental problems”, explained Eka.
The group’s mission is to solve youth problems and support their initiatives. One of their main activities is recycling.
