The Chuberi community maintains stable population levels. The locals say that young people like to return home after receiving higher education in the cities because of their love for the place. However, opportunities for an income are scarce for the young graduates in the villages. Despite this dim outlook, the families value a university degree or a professional education.

Zaza is more than an example of this attitude. Almost always carrying a book under the arm, he seems to be highly respected by the community. He is one of the most active protesters against the Nenskra Dam and is a spokesman in his community. In 2016 he led the protests against the approval of the Nenskra project.

Zaza is a is a specialist in energetics from Chuberi.
