Artur Grigoryan is an environmental lawyer holding a master degree in law with more than 15 years of professional experience. For many years he focused on reforming Armenian environmental legislation and approximation with relevant European regulatory framework. For a short time, he was a head of the Environmental and Mining Inspection of Armenia. The legal and environmental issues of Environmental Impact Assessment, lack of reasonable public participation in environmental decision-making, mining and water management problems, as well as anti-corruption activity and problems of beneficial ownership have been the main directions of his professional activity.
