Before joining Bankwatch in 2024, I have worked for almost 10 years in Association Biom (BirdLife Croatia). There I lead projects aimed at tackling threats to birds and later served as the organizational development officer.
I am an alumni of the Klaus Toepfer Fellowship, on which I focused mostly on improving my team leadership skills. I am also a coach of the Conservation standards methodology for project development and monitoring.
I hold a Masters degree in Experimental Biology from the Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb.
