Inicijativa Ne davimo Beograd saopštila je danas da je dobila i zvanični odgovor Evropske investicione banke, u kome se navodi da je odbila da finansira izgradnju spalionice u Vinči, zbog posledica koje će ovaj projekat imati po ciljeve u vezi recikliranja otpada postavljene u Poglavlju 27, odnosno po pristupanje Srbije Evropskoj uniji.
