Georgi Tsindeliani is an informal leader of his community in Nakra. Lawyer-economist by profession, he lives with his 2 kids and their mother in a reconstructed house in the centre of the village.

For the Nenskra hydropower plant project, the Nakra river is supposed to be transferred. Georgi explains briefly his environmental concerns regarding the dam: “In case they implement this project, the evaporation will increase, and the risk of landslides will increase 100 times.”
