Ministar privrede, energetike i poslovnog okruženja Virgil Popescu tvrdi da Rumunija neće dobiti više nijednu termoelektranu na ugalj, dok formulacija poziva nagoveštava akcionarima CE Oltenia da kompanija namerava da odustane od poslednjeg takvog projekta.
