Anna is Bankwatch’s Ukraine Reconstruction Campaigner, working on green reconstruction and environmental safeguards in Ukraine’s recovery. Her work focuses on alternative sources of energy for communities, energy resilience, and the alignment of Ukraine’s energy policy and public investment management system with EU standards. Originally from Kyiv, she holds an MSc in Environmental Sciences and Policy from Central European University and is based in Bratislava.

This interactive digital toolkit presents a collection of experiences, lessons and success stories of LIFE project RePower the Regions which was conducted for nearly three years across 16 carbon‑intensive regions working with local communities to support fair and effective clean energy transitions.
Our final report from the LIFE RePower the Regions project shows how towns and regions across 9 countries are taking concrete steps toward decarbonisation.
