Call for small grant proposals
CEE Bankwatch Network is launching a call to provide financial support to registered non-governmental organisations in Kyrgyzstan working on human rights issues, with a special focus on groups working on environmental, youth, climate and gender rights to increase their capacity to monitor activities of international financial institutions. Through this call we aim to help develop the practical capacity of Kyrgyzstan’s civil society organisations to promote human rights and monitor projects funded by international financial institutions.
Research Study on Legal and Political Constraints for Women’s Groups in Kyrgyzstan
CEE Bankwatch Network is seeking a consultant or research team to conduct a research study on the legal and political constraints affecting women’s groups and women-led movements in Kyrgyzstan, with a particular focus on their participation in decision-making processes related to municipal infrastructure, rural development and energy.
Open call: External Evaluation of the Project: "Helpdesk for Central Asia: Developing Central Asia Civil Society Capacity
to Influence MDBs Decisions"
We are looking for an external evaluator for one of our projects: Helpdesk for Central Asia – Developing Central Asian civil society’s capacity to influences MDB’s decisions. This external evaluation aims to assess the project’s achievements, effectiveness, and long-term potential usingthe OECD/DAC criteria. It will inform final donor reporting, guide internal reflection and learning, and support the design of follow-up initiatives.
