Raphael joined Bankwatch in March 2018 as an EU Policy Officer. He was previously an EU Policy adviser for ENGIE and completed various internships, including one at the European Commission. He holds a Master's degree in European interdisciplinary studies from the College of Europe and in EU affairs from Sciences-Po Lille. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
